No, but it depends if your ISP censors IPTV. BT, Telefonica and Virgin censor IPTV and you'll need a VPN to watch our channels.

We fully support and welcome VPN usage.

Buffering is related to the speed and stability of your internet connection. Here are tips to eliminate it:

  • Connect your device via ethernet cable (WiFi is not ideal for IPTV)
  • If using WiFi, move closer to the router
  • Stop other downloads on the network (torrents, YouTube, updates)
  • Disconnect other devices that may be using bandwidth
  • Use a VPN if your ISP throttles IPTV traffic
  • Restart your router and IPTV device
  • Press "pause" for 10-15 seconds and resume

A minimum connection speed of 25Mbps is recommended.

The EPG (TV Guide) can be accessed via:

Replace [USERNAME] and [PASSWORD] with your actual credentials from the Client Area.

We have no control over declined payments, but here are some tips:

  • Check if your card number and expiry date are correct
  • Check if you have available credit/balance
  • Turn OFF any VPN or Proxy you may be using
  • Use your real name and address
  • Try a different credit card
